Westside Apartments  and  Eastside Apartments

Residential programs that are presently available consist of Adult Family Homes (licensed for up to four individuals) and multiple Supported Apartments located throughout the Brown County Area. In the homes, individuals may reside anywhere from six months to  years. Our Adult Family Home programs have shown great success with people transitioning into one of our Supported Apartment programs. We currently operate multiple Supported Apartments, which allow for more independent lifestyles. All programs provide assistance with individualized programming created to promote independence and continued growth. A person could begin services in either programs based on their present needs.

KEY BENEFITS

Our Morning Glory Home is over 3000 sq ft conveniently located in DePere WI and is placed on a 1/3 acre fenced in lot, with the bus lines available on the corner.   This home consist of four bedrooms, 4 baths (2-full and 2-half) so each resident has their own room and easy access to a bathroom when the time calls.  It has plenty of room and a large lot for outside activities. The upper level has the bedrooms and a full bath, the main level has a large family room, living room, dining room, full kitchen, and sun rooms, along with a full and a half bath.  The lower level has a large rec room, and workout room a TV room and a half bath.  There is plenty of room for those residing here to call this home a home.

Our Oakhill Home is located on 5 wooded acres, located approximately 7 miles west of Green Bay.  Each resident occupies their own bedroom, and shares common areas (kitchen, living and family rooms and bathrooms).  This is a beautiful home with plenty wildlife and room to roam inside and out.

Our Deuster Rd. and Fair Rd. homes are both newly constructed and set upon 6 acres located approximately 15 miles south of Green Bay.  Like all our homes each resident has their own bedroom and share the common areas.    These are newly constructed homes with all new amenities.  With the 3.5 and 4 stall garages shop areas are available where  a resident could work on individual projects  along other outside projects through out the seasons.  The  acreage borders the Fox River Trails which allows great year around activities along with being a calm soothing area which works good for all who enjoy nature.

PRICING 

We offer individual rates based on the each of the participant's needs. We provide our payees with a complete budget of the cost for each program and work with them to establish billing procedures that are mutually acceptable. We can establish daily rates, hourly rates, separate rates for each service, or even all-inclusive rates.  Program rates are individualized based on your needs
